Patrick Ziade is Vice President of Growth Holdings, Livv’s parent company, and VP of Construction across all Growth Holdings projects. He leads the entire construction operation, from project managers to superintendents, and brings over a decade of construction experience to every Livv home in Neo.
Jude Nassar leads sales and community development for Livv. A licensed broker across Nevada, California, and Texas with nearly two decades in luxury real estate, he specializes in semi-custom community planning and high-value transactions, guiding buyers from first tour to the keys of a finished home. His aim is simple: make a multimillion-dollar decision feel considered, personal, and clear.
